CapExSuite does not ask your team to trust a remote scope blindly, and it does not ask them to retype it either. Each stop on the walk opens filled from what the property already says. The person on site confirms what is right, corrects what is not, and the office sees both.

Start with what needs walking
A new walk plan arrives with the right units already ticked: those in a renovation plan, those with an open finding, and one unit per floor plan that still needs a field check. Each one says why. Untick or add what you like.
Answer each line
At each stop, the lines the walkthrough expects for that floor plan are listed with their quantities. Tap Confirm if it is there as listed, Change and type what you found, or Not there.
Say it instead of typing it
Every text box has a microphone. Describe the condition out loud in English, Spanish or Portuguese, and check the words before you save.
Flag the unexpected
Tick Unexpected work found and the stop becomes a finding on that location, ready for someone to verify and decide.
Save and continue
The button stays at the bottom of the screen, and the next stop opens. Previous and Next move through the walk in order.
Assumed and field, side by side
Nothing is overwritten. Everything is compared.
Every value that arrived filled in is kept beside what the walker recorded, marked confirmed or changed in the field. The office reviews the difference before it changes scope, and a confirmed count updates the takeoff so the next unit of that floor plan starts from it.

From finding to decision
A finding is not work until someone accepts it.
Each finding can be verified, accepted into scope, deferred, monitored, or marked no work. Accepted, it lands as a scope review on the job it belongs to, and once a plan is released the change travels as a proposed change order with a recorded decision, so the approved budget never moves quietly.
