Verification
Turn a takeoff into a field workspace.
CapExSuite does not ask your team to trust a remote scope blindly. The verification register turns the takeoff into a mobile workspace so the field team can confirm quantities, conditions and risk checks before numbers move downstream.
Source confidence model
Confirm the line, then the label changes.
Every row arrives labeled. Your team's job is not to re-enter the scope, it is to resolve the labels that are not yet observed.
Confirm the count
It exists. Check how many.
Confirm on site
A sound working assumption from the property's own facts, but nobody has looked.
Priority
A baseline placeholder. These are the most likely to be wrong and the most expensive to be wrong about.
Go look
Pipe era, panel brand, rot at grade. Instructions, never priced.
Category summaries
It never dumps a thousand rows at you.
The register opens on category summaries and tells you how many items still need field confirmation before procurement. You drill in by trade, not by scrolling.
Filter to what needs work
Needs verify is the default. All, Seen, Expected, Inferred and Verified are one tap away.
Drill into a category
Doors, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, lighting. Each row shows the item, the room and unit type, the quantity and its source label.
Confirm the quantity
Type the real number and confirm. The row records your value and who verified it.
Move on
Back to the category list and keep going. It is built for one thumb in a breezeway, not a laptop afterwards.
Verify on the go
The confirmation happens where the work is.
Field users confirm on a phone, on site, while looking at the thing. Verified values then replace the assumptions everywhere downstream, so nobody transcribes a notebook at the end of the day and nobody prices a number that was never checked.
Then it goes to procurement
One clarification on this campaign image. Verified quantities do not become a purchase order by themselves. Confirmed lines become a material package on a unit group, and sourcing, quote comparison and purchase orders follow from there as controlled steps. The product does not skip them.
What changes after a line is verified
One entry, everywhere.
Verification is not a checkbox exercise. It is the moment an assumption becomes a number the rest of the program can spend against.
The takeoff
The row carries the confirmed quantity and stops counting toward what still needs verification.
Packages and pricing
Material packages and pricing resolve against the confirmed value rather than the baseline.
Procurement and labor
The quantities that reach sourcing, quote comparison and labor are the ones your team stood in front of.
Watch a register get worked.
Book a demo and we will walk a real property's verification list end to end, on a phone.
