Business development and project execution

Ryan is a supply chain, logistics and multifamily executive with more than 30 years of experience building and optimizing sourcing, transportation, distribution and procurement networks.

He spent nearly seven years as Vice President of Logistics and Global Supply Chain at Cortland, where he built and scaled the supply chain infrastructure supporting one of the nation's leading multifamily organizations.

Earlier in his career Ryan founded Top Flight Concepts and later Vertical Synergies, a SaaS company focused on logistics and supply chain solutions, growing the business to manage more than $200 million in annual freight spend before a successful exit.

David Wise

Global sourcing and supplier strategy

David is a global sourcing, procurement and product development executive with more than 25 years of experience building supplier networks, developing products and managing complex international sourcing programs.

He served as Vice President of Sourcing, Building Materials at Cortland and also held leadership roles with Lowe's Pro Supply, further strengthening his procurement, merchandising and supplier strategy expertise supporting multifamily construction and renovation.

Earlier in his career David held sourcing and merchandising roles with leading home furnishings and retail organizations, including Williams-Sonoma and Pottery Barn, and has extensive experience working directly with international manufacturers and suppliers.
